The Gender Gap Year - Short Documentary Film

Determined to confront gender inequities in the modern workplace, two high school teachers set out to empower young women with the skills and knowledge to translate their success in the classroom to leadership positions in the real world.

Produced, written, filmed, and edited by Laura Gleim. Film screened at Homegrown Doc Fest at Portland’s Clinton Street Theater (2015), Films by Women in Film Portland Members at the NW Film Center Whitsell Auditorium (2016), and the NW Media Summit Stories for Change Film Showcase at Open Signal: Portland Community Media Center (2017)
